Increase Usage of Internet Amongst Women

The digital gender divide is in fact growing. ITU records that the digital gender divide in fact grew from 11% in 2013 to 12% in 2016, indicating the fact that more men are coming online earlier, and more rapidly, than women, equivalent to a gap of about 200 million fewer women online globally. A global difference of 1% however it should be addressed before it increases.
